Connect a .site.ink domain to GitHub Pages
Host a static site from a GitHub repository on your own name.
Steps
- In your repository, open Settings → Pages and enter your domain under Custom domain.
- Add the A and AAAA records at your DNS host. Add the www CNAME too if you want www to work.
- Once the DNS check passes, turn on Enforce HTTPS.

"@" means the name itself (yourname.site.ink). "www" means www.yourname.site.ink.
If the platform suggests a CNAME for your root name
Because site.ink is not on the Public Suffix List yet, some platforms treat yourname.site.ink as a subdomain and suggest a CNAME record. A CNAME is not allowed at the root of your name, so use the A (and AAAA) records above instead, or an ALIAS/ANAME record if your DNS host offers one. Why?
Check your setup
DNS changes usually apply within minutes but can take up to a day. Look up your name in WHOIS to confirm the nameservers, and make sure your domain status is not inactive or on hold.
