Connect a .site.ink domain to Vercel
Point your name at a Vercel project.
Steps
- In your project, open Settings → Domains and add your domain.
- Add the A record shown on the domain card. Most projects use 76.76.21.21; newer projects may show a different address — use the one Vercel shows.
- For www, add the CNAME value shown for your project. Vercel issues the HTTPS certificate automatically.
DNS records
| Type | Host | Value |
|---|---|---|
| A | @ | 76.76.21.21 |
| CNAME | www | <value from your Vercel domain settings> |
"@" means the name itself (yourname.site.ink). "www" means www.yourname.site.ink.
If the platform suggests a CNAME for your root name
Because site.ink is not on the Public Suffix List yet, some platforms treat yourname.site.ink as a subdomain and suggest a CNAME record. A CNAME is not allowed at the root of your name, so use the A (and AAAA) records above instead, or an ALIAS/ANAME record if your DNS host offers one. Why?
Check your setup
DNS changes usually apply within minutes but can take up to a day. Look up your name in WHOIS to confirm the nameservers, and make sure your domain status is not inactive or on hold.
