The full list is not published to prevent enumeration, and WHOIS does not distinguish reserved names from registered ones. Registrars receive a rejection when trying to register them.

2. Premium names

Very short or high-value names (such as common one-syllable words) may be offered at premium prices. Premium pricing is shown by the registrar when checking availability and may also apply to renewals.

3. Release

The registry may release a reserved name to an entitled party (such as the relevant institution) upon a written request to legal@domain.site.ink, or open it to the public with prior notice.
