1. Data controller
PT Aidi Digital Global, Jakarta, Indonesia, is the data controller for the .site.ink registry database. Registrars are separate controllers for their relationship with registrants. This policy is based on Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
2. Data we process

3. Purposes of processing
- operating the registry: allocating names, publishing the DNS zone, processing transfers and renewals;
- providing registration data services (WHOIS/RDAP) under this policy;
- handling abuse, disputes, and lawful law enforcement requests;
- keeping escrow copies to ensure registry continuity;
- meeting legal, tax, and audit obligations.
4. What appears in WHOIS and RDAP

If you register as an individual, leave the organization field empty at your registrar so that nothing identifies you. To reach a domain owner, see Contacting a Domain Owner. Access to redacted data is governed by tiered access.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Registrant data is disclosed only to:
- the domain's sponsoring registrar;
- the data escrow provider, bound by confidentiality;
- dispute resolution providers, for cases involving that domain;
- law enforcement and courts upon a valid written request;
- eligible tiered-access requesters.
We do not sell registrant data and do not use it for marketing.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept while the domain is registered and for up to 2 years after deletion for dispute and audit purposes, unless the law requires longer. Access is role-based, protected by multi-factor authentication, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
7. Your rights
Under UU PDP you have the right to access and correct your data and, in certain cases, to request its deletion or restricted processing. Corrections to registration data are made through your registrar. Other requests can be sent to privasi@domain.site.ink; we respond within 3×24 hours and complete them within the deadlines set by UU PDP.

domain.site.ink does not use tracking cookies. WHOIS queries on this site are sent directly from your browser to the registry's RDAP service. Your theme and language choices are stored in your browser's local storage.
