1. The parties
- Registry — PT Aidi Digital Global, operator of the site.ink database and DNS zone. Technical operations are run by RSP.id.
- Registrar — an accredited business bound by the Registry–Registrar Agreement.
- Registrant — an individual or organization that registers a name through a registrar.
2. Applicable documents
These terms apply together with all registry policies. In case of conflict, the order of precedence is: the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, the Registry–Registrar Agreement, specific policies, then these terms.
3. Services
The registry provides registration, DNS zone publication, EPP services for registrars, and public WHOIS and RDAP. The registry strives to keep services available; scheduled maintenance is announced to registrars in advance.
4. Payment
The registry bills registrars, not registrants. Retail prices, payment methods, and refunds to registrants are set by the registrar.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the registry is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of a domain name, third-party service disruptions, or registrar actions. The registry is not responsible for the content of websites using .site.ink names.
6. Changes
The registry may amend these terms and policies. Material changes are notified to registrars at least 30 days before taking effect.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In case of any discrepancy between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version prevails.
